Mary Nicole Corriero

Nicole Corriero is a lawyer, Harvard Alumnus, Hockey player and Crossfit Games Athlete. Nicole graduated from Harvard University in 2005 with Cum Laude Honours in the field Sociology. In 2008 she obtained her joint ‘JD/LLB’ degree from the Universities of Windsor and Detroit Mercy. Nicole was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2009.

At Harvard University, Nicole was a standout hockey player. She was a three-time All America selection and a 2005 ESPN “ESPY” Nominee. Nicole holds or shares a number of NCAA scoring records that continue to stand today, including both the men’s and women’s record for goals in a single season, with 59 goals in 36 games and goals per game average. She also shares the all-time record for goals in a game (6) and points in a game (10). Nicole represented Canada as part of its Under-22 National Team between 2001 and 2004, and played in various exhibition matches, training camps and series. In 2015 and 2017, Nicole represented Italy at the World Ball Hockey Championships. She was top 10 in scoring at the tournament in 2015.

Nicole has been a standout Crossfit Athlete since 2016, competing at a number of world class competitions as an individual, and on a team including the Granite Games and Wodapalooza. She competed at the East Regionals on Team Metric in 2017 and 2018. In 2019, she was ranked 59th in the world in her age group of Masters Women 35-39. In 2021, she ranked 20th in the world for her age group earning her a spot at the 2021 No Bull Crossfit Games. She placed 16th overall at the competition with 4 top-10 finishes out of 8 events and one top-5 finish.
