What is Plantar Fasciitis?

Method 1: General Plantar Fasciitis Taping
1. Start with a flexed foot
2. Place one strip of tape on the ball of the foot and rub it in
3. Apply tape to cover the remaining portion of the foot, extending it over the heel and onto the back of the leg, then rub it in
4. Take a second strip of tape and cut it in half
5. Apply the half strip around the middle of the foot anchoring it on either side of the foot
6. For extra heel support, apply the second half of the strip around your heel
Method 2: General Plantar Fasciitis Taping (Alternative Version)
1. Cut a strip of Heali Tape in half
2. Repeat steps 1 and 2 from the General Plantar Fasciitis Taping instructions using the half strip of tape (this should not cover the whole foot)
3. Repeat step 5 from the General Plantar Fasciitis Taping instructions using the second half of your tape strip
Method 3: Plantar Fasciitis Taping for Heel Pain
1. Start with a flexed foot
2. Place the first piece of tape near bottom of toes and extend up over the heel and onto achilles
3. Apply your second piece of tape starting slightly below your heel and on the outside of the foot
4. Bring the piece of tape across your foot and up the inside of your leg
