Peel and place the patch flat on clean, dry skin over your lower abdomen, below the waistband. Smooth it down from the middle out. Leave it on for up to 8 hours, then peel it off slowly. One patch per wear.
Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Take it off if the skin feels uncomfortable.

What is the difference between A.M. and P.M.?
Cooling A.M. uses menthol and raspberry leaf with magnesium, made to move with you through the day. Warming P.M. warms gently with lavender, arnica, magnesium and iron powder, made for the night. The Set gives you both.
Why two P.M. boxes and only one A.M.?
Because cramps tend to be at their worst overnight, and that is when a heating pad is least practical. The Set is weighted to match rather than splitting evenly for the sake of it.
Does this replace my painkillers?
No, and we would not suggest that. It is something you can use as well, in the hours when taking another pill is not an option or is not appealing.
