Flat on your lower abdomen, below the waistband, over clean dry skin. It's 9 in × 3.3 in and thin enough to sit under jeans without showing.
How long does one last?
Made to stay on for up to 8 hours, through a long shift, physical activity or ordinary daily wear. Take it off if the skin feels irritated.
What's the difference between A.M. and P.M.?
Cooling A.M. uses a cooling gel with menthol and raspberry leaf, made to move with you through the day. Warming P.M. warms gently with iron powder, lavender and arnica, made for the night. The set gives you both.
How many are in a box?
Four patches per box. The A.M. + P.M. Set is one of each, so eight patches in total.
Does this replace my painkillers?
No, and we wouldn't suggest that. It's something you can use as well, in the hours when taking another pill isn't an option or isn't appealing.
