We ship orders placed on healimedical.com to eligible destinations shown at checkout.

Processing time

Our team typically ships orders within 5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping time and rates

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Rates are shown at checkout based on your destination and selection.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive tracking details when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require an additional shipping fee to reship the order.

Duties and taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or seems lost in transit, contact operation@healimedical.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

5) Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to feel good about your order. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are accepted only for products that are unopened and unused.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, sealed packaging
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and undamaged
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after the 30-day window
  • Products not purchased directly from online marketplace
  • Final-sale or promotional items (if applicable)

How to request a return

To initiate a return, email the Heali Team at operation@healimedical.com.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Confirmation that the items are unopened and unused

Our team will review and provide a Return Authorization ("RA") number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RA will not be accepted.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the return is due to an error by Heali (incorrect item shipped), we will cover the return shipping fee.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6) Warranty and Damaged Items Policy

If a product arrives defective or damaged, we will make it right. This policy does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper application, or damage caused after delivery.

Report an issue

Email operation@healimedical.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Resolution

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability. If the issue is due to our error or damage in transit, we will cover reasonable shipping costs related to the resolution.
