Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Where your order ships from

Orders going to a United States address ship from our United States warehouse. Orders going to a Canadian address ship from our Canadian warehouse. This keeps delivery times short and avoids customs charges on domestic orders.

Rates

Rates below are shown in Canadian dollars. If you are shopping in another currency, the equivalent amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

United States. Standard $15. Express $20. Free standard shipping on orders over $84.

Canada, Ontario and Quebec. Standard $10. Express $15. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Rest of Canada. Standard $15. Express $25. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Everywhere else. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for your address. These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received one within 5 business days of ordering, email operation@healimedical.com.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside Canada and the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by that country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before you pay. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the standard rate.
