Peel and place the patch flat on clean, dry skin over your lower abdomen, below the waistband. Smooth it down from the middle out. Leave it on for up to 8 hours, then peel it off slowly. One patch per wear.
The temple patches go on clean, dry skin at the temples or the back of the neck. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

How long does one last?

What is the headache patch doing in here?
Because period days often arrive with a headache attached. The Relax patch is twelve small temple patches with chamomile, menthol and magnesium, and it is included in the Combo rather than sold separately here.
What is the difference between A.M. and P.M.?
Cooling A.M. uses menthol and raspberry leaf with magnesium, made to move with you through the day. Warming P.M. warms gently with lavender, arnica, magnesium and iron powder, made for the night. The Combo gives you both.
Does this replace my painkillers?
No, and we would not suggest that. It is something you can use as well, in the hours when taking another pill is not an option or is not appealing.
