Peel and place the patch flat on clean, dry skin over the lower abdomen, below the waistband. Smooth it down from the middle out. Leave it on for up to 8 hours, then peel it off slowly. One patch per wear.
Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Take it off if the skin feels uncomfortable.
