Application Best Practices

For Best Adhesive:

1. Clear skin locally with alcohol wipe and let dry
2. Apply tape to dry surface (oil, cream, lotion free)
3. Apply tape a minimum of 1 hour before activity
4. Apply tape 12-24 hours prior to intense activity and swimming
5. Rub in tape (especially edges) for a few minutes after applying
6. Applying tape in humid conditions or when already sweaty may hinder adhesive
